Frequently Asked Questions

What are Chim Coins?
Credits that power the platform. Scriptwriting, voice and video rendering all draw on them. Every plan includes 825 a month, and you can top up whenever you run dry.
How many videos is that, really?
You land at roughly 20 to 50 a month, depending on how long they are. A short 20-second episode costs around 15 coins, and longer or more complex pieces cost more.
What is the difference between Video Finish and Full Video Production?
Video Finish is the light-touch version. You have already generated the timeline in Chimaira, and we arrange it precisely on screen and fine-tune the timing and cuts. Full Video Production starts from your idea and covers script, storyboard, motion, voice and character, with two feedback loops along the way.
Do I need the Story World package?
No. It is there for brands that want us to build the character and the world with them. If you already have both, upload them and start with a plan.
Why is the trial invite-only?
Because a week of free coins costs us real money, and we would rather spend it on people we can actually help. The short application form is enough to work that out.
Is there a monthly plan?
The shortest commitment is six months. The free week is how you find out whether it works for you, without committing to anything.
What happens at the end of my term?
Your plan renews for another term at the same €499 a month. Want to change or cancel? Tell us before the renewal date.
